Many of us struggle to block out distractions and prioritize the task at hand. According to research, 95% of us procrastinate on some level. While some level is normal, too much procrastination negatively impacts your life. Your ability to deliver quality work and meet deadlines, as well as your level of self-confidence, declines.
Recognizing a problem is always the first step to fixing it. What do you find yourself procrastinating with the most? What’s distracting you? What mindset do you adopt toward certain tasks that result in procrastination?

A positive mindset is an immense help. Don’t stress about the things you haven’t done; recognize what you’ve accomplished. Reward yourself with a snack, stretch, or short walk, and then get back to work.

Breaks are not an enemy. They allow you to return to work with a clear mind and a fresh perspective. Just set a time to remind yourself to reset and get back into your Flow!
You have the power to take control of your productivity and make choices that will help you accomplish your goals.
